Reservation Policy

Thank you for considering Mission Dolores Manor Coliving House for your stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have established the following reservation policy:

 

  1. Booking and Confirmation:
    • Application can be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
    • To help you make an informed decision, we encourage scheduling a physical or virtual tour prior to booking.
    • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of the rental agreement and providing a copy of your valid ID. 
  2. Check-In and Check-Out:
    • Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
    • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the departure date.
    • Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability and prior arrangement.
  3. Minimum Stay Requirement:
    • We have a minimum stay requirement of 30 nights for all reservations.
    • The minimum stay duration may vary depending on the time of year and special events.
  4. Payment and Cancellation Policy:
    • To secure your reservation, we require the payment of a Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee, 1st full calendar month’s rent, and prorated rent for the 1st partial month (if applicable) at the time of booking.
    • Subsequent monthly rents are due on the 1st of each month.
    • Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund minus the security deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 90 days of the check-in date will be non-refundable.
    • No-shows and early departures are considered non-refundable.
  5. Occupancy and Guest Policy:
    • The reservation is valid only for the number of guests specified during the booking process.
    • Additional guests may be allowed based on room capacity and with prior approval, subject to extra charges.
    • All guests must be at least 18 years old, or if under 18, accompanied by a legal guardian.
  6. Code of Conduct:
    • Guests are expected to adhere to our coliving space’s code of conduct, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
    • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior that affects the comfort and safety of other guests may result in eviction without refund.
  7. Security Deposit:
    • A security deposit is required upon reservation to guarantee the booking and cover any incidental damages or violations of the policies.
    • The deposit will be fully refundable at check-out, provided no such issues occur.
  8. Amenities and Facilities:
    • Guests are welcome to use the shared amenities and facilities within the coliving space.
    • We kindly request treating these amenities with care and respect.
    • Any damages caused to the property or amenities during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
  9. Housekeeping and Maintenance:
    • Weekly housekeeping services are provided for common areas.
    • Guests are responsible for maintaining their private spaces in a clean and tidy condition.
  10. Pets and Smoking:
    • As a general policy, pets are not allowed within the coliving space unless otherwise specified.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas may be available.
  11. Liability:
    • While we prioritize the safety and security of our guests, the management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
